Dana Adam is a non-profit project: it is free to use, nothing is sold, no donations are accepted through the platform and nobody acting on its behalf will ever ask you for money.

Purpose

The platform helps town councils, brigades, affected people and volunteers coordinate help for those affected by the DANA floods. It is not an emergency service: if anyone's life is in danger, call 112.

Using the platform

Anyone who signs up agrees to provide truthful information and to use the platform only to ask for or offer help. Access may be withdrawn from anyone who publishes false information, uses it fraudulently or puts other people at risk.

Volunteers act on their own responsibility and follow the instructions of the brigades and the authorities. OCAIVE Projects SL does not provide the help services directly and is not liable for any damage that occurs while they are carried out.

Liability

Information is provided by users themselves and reviewed by each town's brigades. OCAIVE Projects SL takes reasonable steps to keep the platform working and secure, but does not guarantee the accuracy of information published by third parties or that the service will always be available.

Intellectual property and governing law

The platform's text, design and code belong to OCAIVE Projects SL, except for content provided by users. Spanish law applies; any dispute will be heard by the courts that have jurisdiction under that law.
